Gtext Holdings has announced a series of strategic milestones and corporate updates during a joint press conference held to highlight its continued growth and diversification across the real estate and investment sectors.

The event, attended by Dr. Stephen Akintayo, Chairman of SACI Holdings and Founder of Gtext Holdings, alongside key executives, featured landmark announcements including the acquisition of a licensed investment company, the launch of a new subsidiary, and the celebration of long-serving staff members who have contributed to the company’s legacy.

Gtext Holdings has also acquired a company with a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) license for fund and asset management, as well as private equity operations. The acquisition underscores the Group’s commitment to regulatory compliance and broadening its investment portfolio.

“We are excited to expand our investment capabilities through this acquisition. The SEC license enhances our ability to diversify our offerings and provide investors with secure, regulated financial instruments beyond our core real estate business,” said Farouq Usman.

The company is awaiting SEC approval for the rebranding of this entity.
At the event, Gtext Holdings paid tribute to its longest-serving staff members, recognizing their dedication and loyalty.
“Our people are our greatest asset. Today, we celebrate those who have been the backbone of our journey. Their loyalty and hard work remain central to our success,” said Vivian Amaechi.

Gtext reaffirmed that Gtext USA and Gtext Nigeria operate as distinct entities, each guided by their respective regulatory frameworks and market conditions.

“This separation enables us to offer localized expertise, tailored services, and optimised solutions to investors in both Nigeria and the United States,” noted Bukola Lukan.

The Group introduced Gtext Construction, a new subsidiary dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable real estate developments.
“With Gtext Construction, we now have end-to-end control over the construction value chain, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency in every project,” said Soonie Osuki, CEO.

The subsidiary will focus on realizing the company’s ‘Green and Smart’ estate vision.

Dr. Stephen Akintayo reinforced his role as Chairman of SACI Holdings, a private equity firm with a diversified investment portfolio.

“Our strategy at SACI Holdings is to identify, acquire, and grow high-potential businesses. The recent developments at Gtext Holdings reflect our commitment to strategic investment and expansion,” Akintayo said.

On Saturday, December 20, 2025, Gtext will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the Largest Real Estate Conference in the World in a Tent, expecting 10,000 physical participants and over 100,000 virtual attendees.

This year also marks the 10th anniversary of Gtext Homes and Gtext Lands, celebrating a decade of groundbreaking innovation, growth, and impact in real estate and technology.
