Group pledges support for Cross River governor-elect

The Cross River State Political Network (CRISPON) has pledged to work with the governor-elect, Prince Bassey Otu, to ensure the development of the state.

The Director General of the group, Prince Michael Abuo, made the pledge when he led the leadership of the group to visit the governor-elect in Abuja.

Abuo, who congratulated Otu on his victory at the polls said CRISPON was willing to work with him to ensure he succeed in office.

The CRISPON DG said he was sure the new administration in Cross River will ensure square pegs are put in square holes.

He said the group was the largest online and offline sociopolitical organization in Cross River State today.

“We congratulate His Excellency, Sweet Prince on behalf of his team and assure the governor-elect of our human and intellectual support to ensure he succeeds,” Abuo said.

Governor-elect Otu appreciated CRISPON’s strides in ensuring victory for him and the APC in the State.

He promised to fulfil his People First manifesto for the good of Cross River State.

He also said he would work with CRISPON in achieving the mandate of the people in the state.

He said he would explore numerous avenues of prosperity to ensure a better life for the people of Cross River State.
