A socio-political pressure group operating under the aegis of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Independent Campaign Group (PBAT-ICG), has applauded the City Boy Movement of Seyi Tinubu, saying the platform inaugurated by the president’s son will not only make mobilisation of voters seamless but would engender national development.
The National Convener of the PBAT-ICG, Dr Seyi Bamigbade, who stated this at a press conference in Lagos, lauded Seyi Tinubu’s visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to the progress of the nation.
He noted that the younger Tinubu has consistently proven his mettle through high-visibility grassroots engagements across multiple states of the federation.
Bamigbade highlighted that his dedication to public service is not a recent development, emphasising that the young leader has demonstrated exceptional philanthropy and youth empowerment initiatives dating back to 1999, when his father served as the governor of Lagos State, saying Seyi Tinubu has shown exceptional leadership capacity.
“His ability to mobilise and inspire the youth across the country through the ‘City Boys’ initiative is a testament to his visionary approach. We hold absolute confidence in the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and we are certain that these robust structural foundations lay a solid groundwork towards the future re-election of His Excellency.
“The PBAT-ICG reaffirmed its total support for the current administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda, stressing that the group remains fully committed to driving grassroots support for the President’s socio-economic reforms,’’ Bamigbade said.
