Estate Developer and Business man, Iloduba joemartins Tochukwu has disclosed his displeasure on the lackadaisical attitude of Government towards the sector.
Joemartins stated this, in an interview with our Correspondent, where he bared his mind on wide range of issues.
To me, attention should be paid to the real estate sector, because, it helps in the beautification of any city when you have a well constructed edifice.
Government should also regulate the indiscriminate erection of structures that does not conform to building regulations.
I think that real estate developers should be carried along in city planning, to enable us have a well designed city centre.
My advice is to both the Federal and State Governments, and when we do this, we can be proud that we have achieved something good, Joemartins stated.
