The Director-General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Professor Abubakar Sulaiman, has congratulated the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, on his recent appointment as the Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
