FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC has reaffirmed its commitment to improving customer experience and delivering quality dairy nutrition to Nigerian households.
The company restated the commitment as it marked this year’s Customer Service Week, themed, “The Extra Mile,” which emphasised the need to exceed consumer expectations, listen to feedback and continually improve service delivery.
Customer Care Manager, Odukoya Oluwatobi, said consumer care goes beyond resolving complaints and responding to enquiries, stressing the importance of building lasting relationships with customers.
He said every interaction with a consumer provides an opportunity for the company to learn and improve, adding that feedback remains critical to understanding the changing needs of Nigerian households.
According to the company, going the extra mile also means continually improving its products and services to meet the diverse needs and preferences of consumers.
