Chief Diana Chen Foundation has offered scholarships to 25 students of Yaba College of Technology (Yabatech) to study automobile engineering in China.

According to the Yabatech’s Rector, Dr. Abdul Ibraheem, the partnership has laid a foundation for a collaborative framework that will drive positive impact, foster knowledge exchange, and catalyse development of groundbreaking solutions.

“This endeavour aims to transform the lives of 25 exceptional students from Yaba College of Technology, propelling them to the forefront of automotive engineering through an intensive 18-month course in China.

“Generously supported by Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College in China, Yaba College of Technology, CIG Motors Company Limited, and the Consul General of the People’s Republic of China, the venture underscores a profound commitment to nurturing Nigeria’s talent and fostering international collaboration in the pursuit of excellence,” he said.
