A foundation dedicated to impacting lives globally, the Heart Of Gold Support and Care Initiative, has launched its new brand identity at a media event in Lagos.
Founder and Erelu Yeyemeso of Ikoyi Ekiti, Chief Ehiagwina Joy Patrick, described the unveiling as historic and strategic, emphasising the organisation’s 12-year commitment to restoring hope and empowering individuals through tailored programmes that promote dignity, productivity and self-actualisation.
“Our mission has never been about handouts, but about investing in people through tailored empowerment programmes that inspire dignity, productivity and self-actualisation,” she said.
Managing Director of Intercontinental Distilleries Ltd and Chairman of the occasion, Patrick Anegbe, praised the founder’s selfless service and described the initiative as a timely and impactful endeavour.
“Teaching people how to fish, especially at a time like this, is invaluable. It’s commendable that this has been going on quietly for over a decade,” he said.
Also speaking at the event, Emmanuel Ejeje-Enya, Chairman of the Organising Committee and member of the Board of Trustees, reflected on his journey with the foundation, saying, “The vision behind Heart Of Gold Support & Care Initiative has always been clear; to make a meaningful impact on lives and communities regardless of race, tribe or religion. This new identity strengthens our call to uplift humanity daily.”
John Akuwudike, Managing Director of Brand Dimension, said the golden heart design on the logo symbolises giving, healing and enduring impact; core values of the initiative. The two interwoven sections represent connection and compassion, reminding us that true care stems from love and empathy. The golden hue signifies wisdom, generosity, and hope; elements that define the mission and legacy of Heart Of Gold Support & Care Initiative.”
