Firm marks 20 years of innovation, excellence, impact with book launch, awards

Cinfores Limited, an IT company that specialises in software development for education and e-Governance, has marked its 20th anniversary with the launch of a book: “Grit, Grind, and Grace,” which chronicles the firm’s tech-innovation story.

Speaking at the event, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Ibifuro Asawo announced that 50 percent of the book’s proceeds will support local tech hubs.

The event was graced by Justice Elsie Thompson of the Rivers State High Court, Prof. B. B. Fakae, Prof. Zeb Opibi of the Rivers State University, Dr. Aaron Friday, Dr. Oby Adiele, Mr. Ben Willie of Buckles Limited & Ital Fit, Mr. Ayodele Afeneforo of RhemaTech Limited, the Vice Chancellor of the Rivers State University, Prof. Nlerum Sunday Okogbule, Hilda Dokubo, Mr. Chidi Opara-Ndudu of Interswitch, and representatives from PTDF and NITDA.

They shared goodwill messages, highlighting the significant impact of Cinfores’ products and services across a range of societal sectors, including the health sector with MedixTrak, the education sector with eCampus Aspire and the leading eLearning software – BrainFriend. Other products and services include; the Tax management solution -TaMiS and the Courts management system( CoMiS) amongst others. 

A highlight of the celebration was the launch of “Sukulu”, an innovative app designed to help users study smarter and earn while learning. The app underscores Cinfores’ commitment to enhancing educational experiences and providing easy access to education for all.

Awards were presented in various categories, including long-service awards for staff with over 15 years of service, “Cinforesers for Life” awards for impactful ex-employees, “Impact Elders” awards for long-time supporters, and exceptional staff awards.
