Huawei has introduced its new solar system solution to the Nigerian market. The product, Fusionsolar Residential Luna 2.0, is built in categories for residential, small and medium enterprises and companies.
Speaking during the launch of the product in Lagos recently, the President, Huawei Digital Power Sub-Saharan Africa Region, Xia Hesheng, said the energy industry has shifted from natural resources to technological innovation, giving rise to rapid growth for the solar industry.
According to him, the PV industry is developing rapidly, and safety and quality are becoming more important.
In his remarks, the Vice President, Digital Power Sub-Saharan Africa Region, Huawei, Nick Lusson, who delivered a presentation on the unique features of the new product, stated that the solar solution has been built and designed in three different categories to cater to customers’ needs based on their energy usage. Lusson said the solar solution is a one-stop solution that is extremely reliable and easy to install.
Also speaking at the event, Partner and Ecosystem Development Manager, Huawei, Olajide Aminu, noted that the company is willing and ready to support installers by helping them build capabilities for after-sales services through continuous training.
