Firm allocates maiden estate in KWASU community to customers

A luxury-oriented construction and fast-rising real estate firm in Kwara State, Experience Vision Creations Nigeria Limited (EVC), has visited the Castle Estate in Malete, the host community of Kwara State University for the allocation of properties to their customers in the state.

The site allocation was carried out recently with members of staff of the firm and some notable real estate investors in attendance.

Speaking with journalists during the allocation, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the firm, Fola Oyodeji Abdulafeez, appreciated investors who have keyed into the project to make the vision achievable and noted that real estate is one of the best investment platforms that anyone can venture into to reap bountifully.

The notable realtor disclosed that at the Castle, one can own a plot of land for as low as N800,000, maintaining that every other investment may be temporary, but real estate is real and investment in it stands the test of time.

Mr Abdulafeez assured investors and potential clients that the Castle Estate is a place to invest with the hope to cash out in no distant time.

On his part, the Head of Sales and Operations, Mr Gbenga Ibitoye, assured partners that investing in the project will not have any cause to regret their actions, rather, they would only regret not buying more.

On their seamless service, a customer, Miss Oluwanifemi Williams, noted that the firm makes payment methods less stressful adding that they are very reliable when it comes to customer service.

“Payment is not stressful and I like the fact that they are trustworthy and reliable,” she said.

Another customer, Mr Lateef Taofeeq, allayed fear in not buying more because from what he has personally observed, the Return on Investments on the Castle project will skyrocket in no distant time.

However, the firm assured people who are ready to own a landed property to see the Castle Estate in Malete as an opportunity to leverage on.
