FG confers national honour on Emefiele, Anyaogu, 338 others

The Federal Government has conferred national honours on the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, a former Commonwealth Secretary General, Emeka Anyaogu; incoming First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu; Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq.

Others are Minister of Labour and Productivity, Chris Ngige; Minister of State for Labour and Productivity, Festus Keyamo; Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami among others.

Anyaogu backed backed the Grand Commander of Office of the Niger (GCFR), 23 were decorated with the Commander of Order of the Federal Republic (CFR), and 75 were honoured with the Commander of the Order of the Niger.

78 received Office of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR). 53 got Member of Order of the Niger (MFR). While 22 received Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) 3 got Federal Republic Medal 1 (FRM).
