Worship leader, artist and entrepreneur, Femi Stephen is a man who is helped by God and as over the years ventured into multiple businesses that are doing exceptionally well. Focusing on his music he has a team and music family who are the ones who brought out the Best in him and vice versa. Speaking about his team he shares that, “My team is a 15 man band and we primarily meet every other week, praying studying and rehearsing. I believe when God wants to help you, he will be particular about your company. And truly I have seen the impact of having iron sharpen iron, the results are incredible. All United in spirit and passions being aligned brings an unbelievable synergy.”

Femi and his band’s music is of quite a dynamic sound as it is a fusion of traditional African rhythms, Rock and also contemporary gospel rhythms. With few projects that been have released in the past with some gaining some good visibility although they don’t judge their performance based on acceptance, it is important however that they see that the high numbers on streams and views may attest to the impact it is making in the lives of people.

With several productions such as Oba Alanu Mi ft Oba, Kiki oro Kan ft Dare Justified, Thank you Lord, The miracle working God and a new sound released a few weeks ago the music group is relentless in pushing our their artistry and further reach out to many across the globe.

On what makes their music exceptional and stands out from others, he shared that “In a world of highly creative and gifted men, this question can be difficult however I see what God has given me and intend to maximize it to its full potential. What makes anyone standout is their relationship with God through His Spirit. So in a nutshell, the Holy Spirit makes me exceptional. Also working with a good, creative & spirit powered team has stirred me to Fresh waters.”

On how lucrative the music industry as been he stated that, “Being in the music industry but also into ministry can be quite conflicting sometimes but our priorities are well set and this helps us put all things in their rightful place and recalibrate when it may seem blurry. I have not set out to make a name for myself but to let the name of Jesus be known.

Music has its ways and requires some intelligence, experience and we are not in denial of this fact.

We have been blessed to gain access with the right set of people and engage through consultancy and employment, to put adequate structure and gain clarity that we may maximize our gifts, opportunities and platforms. Are we there yet? No, but are we making progress and growing? Absolutely Yes!

Just recently I got an ambassadorship with *De Great Dream Nigeria Limited*, a real estate investment firm. We are gaining ground and growing in influence but the reason for all of it is not lost on us; JESUS.”
