Experience Vision Creations (EVC), a real estate development and marketing company, has announced plans to expand its operations beyond Ilorin, Kwara State, to other parts of Nigeria and, ultimately, other African countries as it marks its fourth anniversary.
The Chief Executive Officer of the company, Engineer Fola Oyedeji, disclosed this on Monday while reflecting on the firm’s growth and achievements since its establishment, saying the company had recorded significant milestones despite operating for only four years.
Oyedeji said EVC had evolved from a company with a single employee into an organisation with about 50 members of staff, while also establishing three offices within the period.
According to him, the company’s growth was driven by its commitment to providing credible real estate opportunities and creating value for clients, realtors and other stakeholders in the property sector.
He said, “In just four years, we have moved from having one staff member to a team of about 50 people. We have also launched three offices and expanded our reach to thousands of clients in Nigeria and the diaspora.
“Our vision is much bigger than what we have achieved today. We are working drastically to take Experience Vision Creations beyond Ilorin and establish a strong presence in other parts of Nigeria. From there, we intend to expand into other African markets.”
The CEO noted that the company had so far launched 12 real estate projects across five states, in addition to being involved in 28 private residential developments.
He said the projects had enabled the company to serve more than 3,000 clients across Nigeria and among Nigerians living in the diaspora, describing the figure as an indication of the growing confidence in the brand.
Oyedeji stressed, “Our clients are at the centre of everything we do. Reaching over 3,000 clients in Nigeria and the diaspora within four years is a milestone we are proud of, but we see it as the beginning of a much bigger journey.
“We have launched 12 real estate projects across five states and have also delivered opportunities through 28 private residential developments. These achievements show that our operations can grow beyond one location.”
Beyond property development and sales, Oyedeji said the company had invested considerably in human capital, particularly through the training and empowerment of real estate professionals.
He disclosed that EVC had trained about 1,700 realtors over the years in real estate sales and related areas, while hundreds of others had benefited from empowerment initiatives and special incentive packages.
He said some of the incentives included foreign trips and other rewards designed to motivate realtors and encourage professionalism within the sector.
Oyedeji said, “We do not only want to sell properties; we also want to build people. We have trained about 1,700 realtors over the years because we believe that a stronger and better-trained workforce will contribute to the growth of the real estate industry.
“We have also empowered hundreds of realtors through different initiatives and incentive packages, including foreign trips. We want people who work with us to see real estate as a platform for growth and not just another sales opportunity.”
The CEO added that the company’s recognition through awards for excellence in integrity and brand recognition had further strengthened its resolve to maintain high standards as it entered the next phase of its operations.
Oyedeji said the fourth anniversary was therefore not only an occasion to celebrate past achievements but also an opportunity to reaffirm the company’s commitment to expansion, innovation and customer satisfaction.
He said, “Our fourth anniversary is a celebration of what we have achieved, but more importantly, it is a reminder of the work ahead of us. We are looking at a future where Experience Vision Creations will have a presence across major cities in Nigeria and eventually in other African countries.
“We are building a brand that can stand the test of time, with integrity, professionalism and value creation as the foundation. The next phase will be about scaling our operations while ensuring that the quality and trust associated with our brand remain intact.”
Oyedeji expressed appreciation to the company’s clients, staff, realtors, investors and other partners for contributing to its growth, adding that Experience Vision Creations would continue to pursue opportunities capable of creating long-term value in the real estate sector.
He said the company’s expansion strategy would focus on strengthening its existing operations, entering new Nigerian markets and building the capacity required to compete effectively across Africa.
