Pertinence Group has graduated another cohort of its Enterprise Training and Resource Centre (ETRAC), reaffirming its commitment to developing competent professionals, strengthening businesses and raising a new generation of ethical and impact-driven leaders.
The graduation ceremony brought together graduates, facilitators, executives, family members and other distinguished guests to celebrate the successful completion of two flagship programmes, the Growth Mastery Programme (GMP) and the Advanced Realtor Certification Programme (ARCP).
Established as Pertinence Group’s flagship learning and capacity-development institution, ETRAC is designed to equip entrepreneurs, professionals and business leaders with practical knowledge, strategic insight and execution skills to navigate an increasingly competitive business environment.
The latest graduating class comprised participants, who underwent intensive training aimed at bridging the gap between acquiring knowledge and applying it to achieve measurable results.
The 12-week Growth Mastery Programme focused on business transformation, leadership development and sustainable growth, exposing participants to structured learning sessions, strategic business simulations, practical implementation projects and performance-driven coaching.
Meanwhile, the Advanced Realtor Certification Programme was designed to develop ethical and high-performing real estate professionals, with training covering professional real estate practice, sales, client relationship management, business development, negotiation and financial intelligence.
Speaking at the ceremony, Co-founder of Pertinence Group, Dr. Sunday Olorunsheyi, charged the graduates to pursue continuous growth, while taking personal responsibility for their success.
Olorunsheyi identified competence, capacity, commitment and character as four critical pillars of success in business and leadership.
He noted that while competence and capacity could create opportunities, character remained essential to sustaining long-term success.
He urged the graduates to avoid complacency, build meaningful relationships, create value and continually increase their relevance in their chosen fields.
He also encouraged them to remain committed to becoming better versions of themselves and to pursue goals beyond their present circumstances.
In a separate session, another Co-founder of the group, Mr. Wisdom Ezekiel, advised the graduates to approach challenges analytically and avoid allowing problems to become bigger in their minds than they actually are.
Ezekiel stressed the importance of being solution-oriented, updating one’s knowledge and identifying the resources required to turn ideas into reality.
According to him, knowledge only becomes impactful when it is translated into action through deliberate planning and execution.
Also speaking, the General Manager of Pertinence Group, Mr. Seun Odebowale, congratulated the graduates and urged them to convert the knowledge acquired during their training into measurable results and sustainable success.
Mrs. Jumoke Benjamin, who formally presented the graduating class, charged the graduates to be intentional about building enduring careers and businesses.
She advised them to establish strong structures, regard their customers as valuable assets, remain teachable and help others succeed as they advance in their own careers.
Benjamin also encouraged the graduates to confront challenges with courage and determination, while expressing appreciation to facilitators, executives, families and others who contributed to the success of the programme.
The class representative, Mrs. Olawale Victoria, in her address, reflected on the participants’ learning experience and the transformation the programmes had brought to their personal and professional lives.
Some of the graduates also shared testimonials on how the training had changed their perspectives, strengthened their businesses and provided them with practical tools for improved performance.
A major highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of certificates to the graduates, formally inducting them into the growing ETRAC community.
The event also provided an opportunity for graduates, facilitators, business leaders and invited guests to network and explore potential collaborations.
Announcing the next cohort, Ezekiel invited entrepreneurs, professionals and real estate practitioners interested in furthering their knowledge and professional competence to apply for the September 2026 ETRAC cohort.
