Mykhailo Mudryk has expressed his excitement after completing his move from Chelsea to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Ukraine international joined Spurs on a season-long loan from Chelsea on transfer deadline day, with Tottenham having an option to make the deal permanent.
Mudryk will reunite with Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi, who previously coached him at Shakhtar Donetsk.
Reacting to the move, Mudryk said he cannot wait to begin training and playing for his new club.
“It’s a great feeling. I can’t wait to start training and playing for the Club, and I’m so excited to be reunited with Roberto De Zerbi,” Mudryk said, according to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
He spent the previous three years at Chelsea after joining the London club from Shakhtar in January 2023.
His time at Stamford Bridge was disrupted by a lengthy suspension, but he was recently cleared to return to competitive football.
He will now look to revive his career under De Zerbi at Tottenham.
