Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has stated that he does not expect Liverpool fans to push for his dismissal.
As the Reds approached victory on Sunday, the chanting began reverberating across Anfield in the 89th minute.
“You’re getting fired in the morning,” the supporters chanted.

Guardiola smiled and raised one hand and finger to represent the number of Premier League titles City had won under him.
“I didn’t expect that at Anfield,” Guardiola told Sky Sports after the game.
“I didn’t expect it from the people from Liverpool but it’s fine, it’s part of the game, and I understand completely. We’ve had incredible battles together. I have a respect for them.”
