The Enugu Carnival, a five-day event, concluded on December 20th with the “Return of Road Block Fiesta,” which was highly anticipated.
The event was widely acclaimed as the safest and most organized gathering in recent memory and had the highest number of attendees.
The Road Block Fiesta featured a fantastic lineup of musicians, including Runtown, Jeriq, ILL Bliss Oga Boss, Nigga Raw, Anyi Dons, Slow Dogg, Kola Boy, Onyenze Nwamobi, and many other artists and comedians. Their electrifying performances captivated the audience, making it a memorable experience for all in attendance.
Veteran Nollywood actors, Nkem Owoh and Patience Ozokwor were awarded for their remarkable contributions to the growth of the Nigerian movie industry.
The success of the carnival was attributed to the unwavering dedication of Enugu State’s performing governor, His Excellency, Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, who recently secured victory at the Supreme Court. Congratulations to Your Excellency! Special recognition is also extended to the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Madueke, whose steadfast efforts and doggedness ensured the 5-day carnival became a resounding triumph.
