The four-month period usually brings with it a quickening of activities as people try to tie up loose ends towards achieving good goals set at the beginning of the year. But the fashion offenders on trial today are pursuing a different agenda, which this honourable court frowns at. Hence they will be sanctioned according to the weight of their offence.
