Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-rufai has arrived his polling Unit 024(A), Runka Street, Kaduna North, Ungwan Sarkin area, at about 9.20 am and joined the long queue along with his first wife, Hadiza.
The governor trekked to the polling unit, a stone throw from his private residence in Ungwan Sarki area.
But when some of his aides told him to avoid the long queue and vote, he refused, saying that if the voters were attended to quickly, the process would be faster.
As at the time of filing this report, he was still on the queue waiting patiently to vote.
