Ekweremadu’s letter to British High Commission indicates young man was going to donate kidney

There were indications that the former Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu informed the British High Commission of his intention in London.
A letter made available to sunnewsonline.com, addressed to the British High Commission and personally signed by the former Deputy Senate President indicated that the young man was to donate kidney to Ekweremadu’s daughter.
The letter reads in part; “I am writing in support of the visa application made by Mr. Ukpo Nwanini David who is currently having medical investigation for a kidney donation to Ms Sonia Ekweremadu.
“David and Sonia will be at the Royal Free Hospital London and I will abe providing the necessary funding. I have enclosed a statement of my account.”
