Digital expert empowered over 10,000 professionals on tech job navigation

To tackle the barrier place on Stem Professionals and bring Stem education to under-represented communities and erase the notion that digital career awareness training options is low, Dr. Adeola Olubamiji has empowered over 10,000 Africans through her consulting firm D-Tech Centrix Inc.

Dr. Olubamiji is a Professional Digital Transformation Leader and Additive Manufacturing subject matter expert. As an expert, in these area she has been able to attract more professionals into the tech job market.

She equally is the Founder of STEMHub Foundation, Canada, the Founder of D-Tech Centrix Inc. Canada and USA, and a Real Estate Investor with over 10 properties within the sector.

Dr. Olubamiji became the first Black person to obtain a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017,her story has inspired many, hearing her humble beginnings and trailblazing journey to success.

She was able to used industry 4.0 to accelerate her career growth, rising from an entry-level engineer to a Director and subject-matter-expert (SME) in additive manufacturing, in Corporate America within four years of completing her Ph.D. She sits on the board of advisors for Women in 3D printing and is known as an Additive Manufacturing Subject-matter-expert across Africa, North America, and Europe.

Having branches in Nigeria,USA and Canada,she has been able to give professional training to a large group of persons, impacted them and empower over 10000 professionals on their choice to climb the top echelon of pursuing careers in tech industry through her consulting company D-Tech Centrix Inc.

In addition, she champions relocation opportunities for Africa migrant, through her study abroad initiative, especially Nigerians who wish to relocate abroad and thrive in their desired locations.

“Job seekers, students, and career changers around the world want to pursue roles related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) across different industries, but are not familiar with career options,Dr.Olubamiji has been able to use her organization to empower people to become professionals in tech industry.

“At the same time, online training and digital credentials are emerging as a recognized pathway to opportunities for people to seek new jobs in the year ahead.

These are some of the global findings, coupled with her passion to helping others becoming relevant in the tech industry, unveiled in today’s world.
“As such, she founded STEMHub Foundation, Canada in 2017. STEMHub foundation is a Canadian Charity Organization that provides free hands-on experiments and unique learning programs that engage black youths in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), mentorship programs to visible minority professionals, and provide free industry 4.0 to professionals to pivot into the technology space in Canada.

Dr. Olubamiji has won many awards and gained international recognition due to her effort to impact lives. She has been able to contribute academically to development of knowledge. This contributions have yielded several scholarly scientific publications, scientific conference presentations, and a TEDx talk. Some of the awards she won included, 2022 Women of the Year by DMZ Canada, 2020 Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women, 2020 STEP (Science Technology Engineering and Production) Award by the American Manufacturing Institute, RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrant 2020, 2019 Influential Women in Manufacturing Award by Putman Media, 2019 L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth Canada Honoree, 2019 Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch, and so many others
