The Urhobo Youth Leaders Association (UYLA), Abuja Chapter, has extended its congratulations to the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his successful first year in office.
A congratulatory message signed by the Association’s President, Mr. Kennedy Ejename in Abuja, highlighted Governor Oborevwori’s exceptional leadership over the past year, emphasizing his purposeful and results-oriented approach to governance.
According to the statement, Mr Ejename praises the Governor’s selflessness, responsiveness, and focused administration, which have enabled him to fulfil his campaign promises under the M.O.R.E. Agenda for the benefit of the people of Delta State.
The statement commended Governor Oborevwori for the impressive flyover projects being undertaken by Julius Berger and other infrastructure developments across the state, describing them as remarkable achievements.
“Your Administration’s accomplishments in the past year are truly impressive. The massive projects in Warri, including the Julius Berger massive ongoing job, the upgrade and expansion of Upper Erejuwa, and other meaningful ongoing projects in Warri, are a testament to your vision and leadership,” Ejename stated.
It emphasized the significant and positive impact of Governor Oborevwori’s administration on the residents of Delta State, attributing it to his insightful leadership, strategic planning, and effective implementation of policies and programs that contribute to the prosperity and well-being of the people of the state.
“The 317 ongoing projects across the state, with 76 initiated in the last year, demonstrate your commitment to transforming Delta State into a hub of development and progress,” the President of Urhobo Youth emphasized.
According to the statement, Ejename prayed that God grant Governor Oborevwori wisdom, strength, and guidance to govern with integrity, compassion, and effectiveness.
“I aptly expressed gratitude to God for giving Delta a governor like you, who has turned the state into a massive construction site, with numerous projects nearing completion. Your tireless efforts have brought hope and prosperity to the people of Delta State.”
“As you celebrate this milestone, we pray that God continues to guide and strengthen you as you lead Delta State to even greater heights. May your vision for the state be fulfilled, and may your legacy be one of progress, peace, and prosperity for all Deltans.”
“May your efforts bring prosperity, peace, and progress to the people of Delta State. Congratulations once again, Your Excellency! May your second year in office be even more fruitful and successful,” he stated.
