CW Real Estate has successfully hosted the second edition of the CW Real Estate Academy Masterclass at its Ikoyi headquarters from November 19–21, 2024.
The three-day program brought together forty participants, ranging from real estate professionals to recent graduates and individuals exploring the sector.
The academy featured thirteen industry experts, including Akinola Opatola FNIV, RSV.PSLC, Adeniji Adele FNIVS, RSV, SCV, Akinropo Abraham FNIVS, RSV, Osagie Alfred RSV, FMP, Arc. Jide Adekola, Timilehin Oyedeji, Samuel Ndukwe, Yemi Stephens ANIVS, RSV, Olayemi Olamiju, Paul Foh, Muna Ejinkeonye Esq., Charles Odii, and CW Real Estate CEO, Delani Adewuyi.
Participants engaged in intensive sessions covering market analysis, pricing strategies, sales principles, investment insights, property management, branding, business structuring, and emerging real estate technologies. A key highlight was an interactive negotiation workshop where attendees practiced role-playing exercises to strengthen deal-closing skills and communication confidence.
All sessions were also livestreamed on YouTube, ensuring wider access to the program’s insights. At the close of the academy, CEO Delani Adewuyi delivered a keynote reflecting on his journey in real estate and the academy’s mission to provide education, mentorship, and career opportunities for aspiring professionals.
