Popular media personality and entrepreneur, CruisewithJoe, has officially announced the launch of the UVJ Audition, a one-of-a-kind ushering recruitment initiative aimed at discovering, training, and empowering young individuals in the field of professional event ushering and hospitality.

The audition, hosted under the UVJ Official Ushering Team, a subsidiary of Joseph’s Pot, seeks to redefine the standards of ushering and event coordination in the South-East through discipline, elegance, and professionalism.

According to the organizers, the initiative is not just about appearances, but about cultivating confidence, courtesy, and competence among participants.

Speaking ahead of the event, CruisewithJoe noted that the goal of the UVJ Audition is to create a structured platform for young men and women who are passionate about event management, protocol, and presentation. He emphasized that UVJ represents a brand of excellence — one that will raise the bar for ushering services across Nigeria.

“We are building a system that values skill, presentation, and integrity. The UVJ brand stands for professionalism and class, and this audition is our way of identifying individuals who embody those values,” he said.

Participants who scale through the audition process will undergo a short training and induction phase before being officially inducted into the UVJ Team. Successful ushers will have opportunities to work across major events handled by Joseph’s Pot, CruisewithJoe, and partner organizations nationwide.

The UVJ Audition has already generated excitement across Imo State’s creative and hospitality industries, with hundreds of young people registering to be part of the movement. It is expected to further strengthen the local event ecosystem by introducing a more coordinated, branded, and professional approach to ushering.

As CruisewithJoe continues to expand his influence in entertainment, branding, and hospitality, the UVJ initiative underscores his commitment to youth development and excellence in service delivery.
