The board of Ciuci Consulting, Africa’s leading operations management consulting firm, has appointed Mr Adewale Ayodeji, as a partner, effective from Monday, July 3, 2023.
Ayodeji is a seasoned chartered accountant, forensic auditor and operations management expert with over 20 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors. Prior to the appointment, Mr Ayodeji was an associate partner at Ciuci Consulting, leading several projects, including serving as a C-level executive at a number of assets managed by Ciuci Consulting. Following this appointment, he will serve as the partner in charge of the strategic finance function within the Ciuci group, covering audit, revenue assurance, accounting, financial planning and reporting.
The founder of Ciuci Consulting and Chairman of the Board, Mr Chukwuka Monye noted that “Ciuci is going through a period of global expansion and it has become imperative to continue to build the leadership team to meet the organization’s needs. Mr Ayodeji has added immense value to the organization over the past few years and his extensive experiences in finance are instrumental to supporting the business in achieving our strategic objectives.”

The organization, which has successfully executed over 500 projects to date, started out as a management consulting firm and transitioned into an operations management consulting firm, a move which was led by Mr Monye and has contributed to the expansion of the company. Since its inception, Ciuci Consulting has worked with public and private sector organisations across various sectors, including energy, health, hospitality, FMCG, education, financial services and entertainment.
