CIIN Head of Corporate Communications bags MA

Graduant Adeleke Blessing ADETUNJI, B.Sc, M.A. History & Strategic Studies - UNILAG.

The Assistant Manager cum Head of Corporate Communications, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), Mr. Adeleke Adetunji has bagged a Master’s Degree in History and Strategic Studies, from the Faculty of Arts, University of Lagos.

Adeleke attained this new feat at the just concluded 54th Convocation Ceremony of the University of Lagos which was held on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at the JF Ade Ajayi Auditorium within the University campus.

The Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor (Mrs) Folashade Ogunsola in her address admonished graduands to be good ambassadors of their alma mata and to always remember to make impact to the development of the foremost Institution.

The Vice Chancellor further admonished the graduands to make good use of the knowledge acquired to develop the country from their various career paths.

While speaking with journalists at the event, Adetunji who appreciated the Almighty God, family members and friends for the support received when the process was tough, assured that he would keep moving forward to achieve more greater feats.

He acknowledged lecturers who impacted in him both in learning and character during the course of the programme.

He submitted that this phase of his life is dedicated in loving memory of loved ones he lost while in school; Baleeqes Adewunmi and Mrs. Mary Olatunji, adding that the souls of the departed continue to rest in peace. Adeleke was joined by family members, friends, colleagues and close associates in thanking God for the journey so far.
