Card readers in Ward 1 and Ward 2 in Akuwonjo, failed as the electorate gathered to cast their ballot.
The electoral officers complained that the Incident Forms were not given to them.
Ward 1, Unit 061 has about 1,400 voters but had just two card readers. One is functioning, while the other that had about 700 voters was not working.
If by the end of voting time nothing is done, 700 people in that area would have been disenfranchised.
