Nigerian music star Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has added another high-end vehicle to his collection after taking delivery of a customised Bugatti Chiron VXX.
The one-of-a-kind hypercar was unveiled in Lagos on Saturday, with Dubai-based luxury vehicle customisation company Venuum sharing footage of the presentation on its Instagram page.
The vehicle, which has been reported to be worth about ₦9 billion, was presented to the Grammy-winning singer during the unveiling ceremony.
In the video, Burna Boy was seen at the venue as two presenters pulled away a black covering to reveal the customised car.
Venuum said the project was created specifically for the singer, describing the vehicle as a unique build designed to reflect his identity.
“Today, Lagos welcomes something truly unique,” the company said.
“We’re proud to see @burnaboygram receive his one-of-a-kind Bugatti Chiron VXX — a piece created to stand apart, built with character, presence and an unmistakable identity.”
The company added, “From Dubai to Lagos. A unique creation for a unique artist. Welcome to the VXX experience.”
The customised Bugatti features a French Racing Blue finish at the front, complemented by the brand’s signature horseshoe grille.
A prominent yellow number seven is positioned on the grille, while a racing stripe running through the centre of the vehicle carries the colours of the French flag.

The modifications continue inside the vehicle, where the seats have been finished in blue with yellow stitching. A gold-threaded grid pattern also forms part of the interior design.
The VXX is the product of a project Venuum had previously announced for Burna Boy.
The company revealed in May that it was working on a carbon-fibre widebody kit for the singer’s Chiron, describing the planned vehicle as a one-off Bugatti project.
Burna Boy had also previously expressed his desire for a highly customised Chiron, saying he wanted a “Bugatti Venuum Chiron, something one of one.”
While the car has been widely reported to carry a ₦9 billion valuation, the actual amount paid by Burna Boy has not been independently confirmed.
Abuja Car, the dealership involved in the transaction, has also cited the ₦9 billion figure.
The latest acquisition adds to Burna Boy’s reported collection of luxury automobiles, which includes vehicles such as a Lamborghini Revuelto and Rolls-Royce Spectre.
For comparison, Bugatti listed the basic price of a standard 2020 Chiron at US$2.998 million, including shipping, duties, taxes and other charges.
The VXX is expected to command a substantially higher value because it is a bespoke one-off build featuring extensive exterior and interior modifications.
