The sacked member of the Federal House Representatives representing, Vandikwa/ Konshisha constituency, of Benue State, Hon. Herman Hembe, has failed in his bid to reclaim his seat as the Supreme Court, on Wednesday, refused to reverse itself pin his removal from the parliament.
Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen, who lead the panel, awarded the sum of N1 million as damage cost against the embattled former lawmaker.
