The Abubakar Shekau’s faction of Boko Haram insurgents have released another propaganda video clip against President Muhammadu Buhari and other government officials.
The short video also showed some villagers being flogged for different offences.
It is gathered that the offences for which the villagers were being flogged bordered on possession of hard substances, alcohol in the areas probably under their control in Sambisa and environs and the north-east,
The video only showed a preacher ranting about the Nigerian government.
The preacher was surrounded by gunmen and a crowd who were believed to be villagers held hostage.
