Super Eagles forward, Victor Boniface has been sidelined from Bayer Leverkusen’s training due to illness.
This update comes as the club ramps up preparations for their Bundesliga match against Union Berlin on Saturday.
According to the German news outlet Bild, Boniface was absent from the team’s training on Tuesday due to an undisclosed illness.
However, there is some good news: Bild reports that the Nigerian striker is expected to be fit for the upcoming match against Union Berlin at the BayArena.
