Former Ekiti State Governor and South West Coordinator for Atiku/Obi Campaign Council, Ayodele Fayose, has said he was confident that his party’s presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, would win yesterday’s election.
In a statement made available to newsmen on Saturday by Fayose’s Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Idowu Adelusi, Fayose said notwithstanding the alleged massive vote buying by the All Progressives Congress (APC), the PDP would trounce President Muhammadu Buhari, adding that Buhari should be ready to congratulate Atiku.
The former governor, who voted at his Afao Ekiti country home by 1.10p.m, said his party would go to court should the APC should rig the election be rigged.
