From Charity Nwakaudu Abuja
Entrepreneurship Developer, Crystal events have tasked Nigerians, to be more resourceful, creative saying that their willingness to project their products and services could further boost the economy.
The Convener, Crystabel Goodheart made this call at the vendors happy party, held in Abuja, yesterday.
Goodheart stressed that it was not necessarily waiting for the white collar jobs or the paid employment, saying they can even create employment for other people by being resourceful and creative.
” This is happy vendors events by Crystal events. The whole essence of us doing this is to promote entrepreneurship, trying to encourage people to be more resourceful, more creative. Get off their backs and push to do things.
Not necessarily waiting for the white collar job, not necessarily waiting for the paid employment. They can create employment for other people by being resourceful and creative. Thinking about what you can do, whether you’re meeting, whether you’re reselling stuff or recycling items.
So reasons why we thought it wise to put together a group of vendors that could come out and display their products and services that could further boost the economy and also help them to gain some profits to their businesses, which is keeping their business going on.
The reasons why we’re doing this. So this is us giving back to the economy and also giving back to charity humanity because you’re giving to them that entrepreneurs, they are able to also have something to also give back to the mid day, which is the orphanages or kids on the streets and all of that.”
