Mercedes has become the second housemate to leave the Big Brother Naija Season 11 reality show, following Martins Iyeh’s eviction during the first live eviction show on Sunday.
The eviction leaves 22 housemates in the competition as they continue their battle for the season’s grand prize.
Mercedes was among 16 housemates nominated for possible eviction this week after a tense nomination process.
However, some contestants were protected from eviction. Head of House Sheba secured immunity, alongside her saved housemate, Chimsom Chuka, while Aikou and Flora remained safe as The Gambits.
Following her eviction, Mercedes joined BBNaija host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on stage to reflect on her two-week journey in the house.
