The presidential campaign posters of the Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has flooded major streets and roundabouts in the ancient city of Kano, exciting the attention of many residents of the state.
The posters of the Governor is the latest in a series of presidential campaign posters that have found their way to major roads and streets of the town recent months.
Other 2023 presidential aspirations whose campaign posters have adorned the streets of the state were the APC national leader, Bola Tinubu; former Vice President Atiku Abubakar among others.
Bala Mohammed’s posters, which were carrying the Proples Democratic Partys ((PDP) logo have the inscription “To move Nigeria forward 2023”.
Daily Sun gathered that it was sponsored by a group of young politicians, from the different geo- political zones of the county, who simply gave their names as Nigeria Patriotic Youths for Bala Mohammed 2023
Daily Sun also observed that some of the posters were pasted on flyovers, roundabouts, among others.
Notable spots in the ancient city where they were spotted included around Zaria Road, Gadar Lado, Club Road, Round about. Zoo Road, Dangi Roundabout, Court Road Roundabout, among others.
Many residents of the state who spoke to Daily Sun said 2023 elections would be exciting given the widespread interests it is already generating across the land.
