Ayirah Gold has unveiled its new skincare line, positioning the brand as an affordable luxury option for women seeking effective beauty solutions.
Speaking during the launch in Lagos recently, Chief Executive Officer of Ayirah Gold, Onyebuchi Okoye, said the company is committed to quality and long-term effectiveness rather than adding to the growing list of products in the market.
“We are intentional about quality and effectiveness. The goal is to provide solutions to common skincare challenges rather than create another competing label,” he declared.
According to Okoye, the range of products includes body lotions, oils, scrubs and soaps, formulated to meet the specific needs of African women.
He explained further that the products are largely produced in Nigeria, though formulations are sourced from outside the country, adding that some parts of the production process are handled domestically to maintain authenticity and control.
Brand Consultant, Adaobi Udeogu, described the launch as the beginning of the brand’s long-term vision to become a household name in Nigeria, Africa and beyond.
“We are targeting African women in today’s 21st century. The brand is built around the concept of affordable luxury, designed to help women achieve healthy, glowing skin without relying on heavy makeup. We cut across every skin tone because we’re not trying to promote a particular skin tone. What we are saying is, this is how you can make your skin glow,” she explained.
