The presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has promised to bring an end to the banditry and blood-letting activities in Zamfara State and other parts of the country if elected President.
Atiku gave the assurance on Monday in Gusau during the PDP presidential rally in Zamfara State.
He blamed the current downturn of the economy of Zamfara State on the activities of bandits, cattle rustlers, kidnappers and other criminals which he said kept escalating due to bad leadership in the state and country.
