Rolling out an 18-point agenda, Babatunde promised to rotate the meetings of the Lagos body among the zones structure in order to give all boat operators the opportunity to participate and contribute to its growth.
National President, Ganiyu Tarzan Balogun who donated an undisclosed amount of money to the new executive to hit the ground running, advised the new leaders to unify all boat operators in Lagos State. He also tasked the new executive to partner with the Lagos Waterways Authority (LASWA) and National Inland Waters Authority (NIWA) in order to promote best practices on water transportation and recreation in Lagos.
