Atalanta’s €60–70 million asking price for Ademola Lookman poses a challenge for Napoli, according to various reports from Italy.
Corriere dello Sport reported on Sunday that Napoli’s interest in Lookman is well known, but the main issue lies in Atalanta’s price tag, which is set between €60 million and €70 million.
This amount is considered too high compared to Napoli’s evaluation and their budget for new attacking players.
Napoli is seriously interested in Lookman and is seen as the most likely Italian club to pursue him due to its financial capabilities. Atalanta understands that Napoli may make an offer soon, and if that offer approaches €50 million, they would be willing to consider it.
