The leadership of Arogbo Ijaw Youth Network (AIYN) Led by her National Coordinator Comrade Fiyebo G. Eperetei, congratulates Hon. Alfred Kemepado Nimizigha over his appointment as the Commissioner for Youth Development, Bayelsa State, by the Miracle Governor and Governor- General of Izon Nation, HIS Excellency, Governor Senator Douye Diri.
The group describes the new Commissioner, Hon. Alfred Kemepado Nimizigha as a reliable, humble, clairvoyant, vibrant and above all, full of “capacity overdose” whose appointment will undoubtedly serve as an asset to the state, noting that, relative peace in the area of youth restiveness will be guaranteed. The group further stated that, the appointment has potential in enhancing productivity among the youth to an enviable level. Managing youths in the 21st century is one of the most sensitive areas in governance, and we trust the incredible skills of Hon. Alfred in human resource management.
Hon. Alfred’s appointment is timely considering his enormous expertise when he was in the Amnesty office where he displayed absolute commitment and dedication to empowering youths in various vocational skills. During this period, an appreciable number of youths were trained to be self-reliant.
