The All Progressives Congress (APC) has boasted that the party will win more South East States .
National Vice Chairman of the party,South East, Ijeomah Arodiogwu stated this while briefing newsmen on Tuesday following the re-election of Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State.
According to him, the party has done well to merit victory in Imo and assured that it will inspire more victories for the party in the nearest future.
Arodiogbu has also urged aggrieved candidates in the last election to shun issues that could bring crisis to the state.
Arodiogbu, who was accompanied by a former ambassador of Nigeria to Congo Brazaville/former chairman of the Road Safety Commission, Greg Mbadiwe; a member of the National Campaign Council for Imo State Governorship election, Sen. Emma Anosike, stressed that the president, Bola Tinubu, was ready to work with Uzodimma to link Imo State and other South East group to the national political grid.

Meanwhile, Arodiogbu has condemned the action of a civil society group, Yiagi, which described the just concluded election in the state as not being fairly conducted.
He has equally enjoined other candidates that contested with Uzodinma to accept the result with the spirit of sportsmanship for the progress of the State.
He said: “We urge the opponents and defeated candidates in the last election to show spirit of sportsmanship by congratulating the governor, Hope Uzodinma.”
