The All Progressive Congress (APC) held a peaceful state congress at the Confluence Stadium, Lokoja, the state capital, on Saturday.
Chairman of the State Congress Committee, Alhaji Ali Mohammed Magashi, explained that a total of 1,017 delegates which cuts across the 21 local government areas of the state were accredited for the exercise.
He said the party adopted consensus of all the candidates following mutual agreement by the party faithful, which invariably led to the affirmation of the executives at the venue of the congress.

Those elected are ; Alhaji Abdullahi Bello aka Dollar as the Chairman, Deputy Chairman- Ibrahim Abdulrahman, State Secretary,Josiah Onoja _ Assistant Secretary,John Anjorin, Treasurer – Bola Oshe, Assistant Treasurer- Alhaja Bilikisu Olumoko, Legal Adviser – Barrister Babatunde James.
Others are Assistant Legal Adviser- Ndamodu Ali, state Organising Secretary Kabiru Idris, Assistant Organising Secretary Musa Audu .State Financial Secretary Andrew Dan ,Assistant financial Secretary- Barrister Samuel Megbule, Auditor – Kunle Ologunja ,Assistant Auditor Musa Yusuf ,PRO ,Jibrin Abu ,Assistant PRO -Abdul Yakubu ,State welfare officer – Dan Inua, Assistant Welfare-Abubakar Usman, State Vice Chairman Ibrahim Ahovi Women Leader- Hajia Rabi Haruna and host of others.
The Congress was supervised by the Kogi State Electoral Commissioner .
