….Nite club owner’s whereabouts remain unknown

Joint Task Force on security has commenced massive hunt for killers of fun seekers and beheading of security men in late hour attack on Porsche Nite club in Oba, Idemili North council area of Anambra State.
It was also gathered that the whereabouts of the owner of the Porsche Nite club, Chief Ebele Orji has remained unknown hours after the attack on the hospitality facility leaving speculation that he was kidnapped during the attack.
The Anambra state Commissioner for Homeland Matters Chief Chikodi Anarah in a statement yesterday disclosed that preliminary investigations have produced information about the operations of the gunmen while the security outfits at the adjoining towns have commenced action in that regard.
“It is no longer news about the unfortunate incident that occured at the Night Club in Oba, Idemili North local government area of Anambra state and it is not in doubt that the hoodlums left on their trail death, sorrow and anguish not only to the people of Oba but also families of those that lost their lives in that incident.”
Anara said that while security operatives continue in their investigations , it has become imperative that residents of the state are reassured of their safety especially during and after the yuletide.
“To this end, preliminary investigations have commenced in that regard and so far useful information and clues are already at our disposal”
“Similarly, the respective Community Vigilant Groups in Oba and adjoining towns have swung into action in bringing the culprits to book and with the Joint Task Force on Security at its element, those hoodlums would be exposed”
“We urge our people to remain calm while we ensure that those involved in this dastardly act would be made to face the full wrath of the law; he said.
