The African Students Union Parliament (ASUP) through her Nigerian office Coordinator, Comrade James Uneze has lauded the contributions of a Real Estate expert, Mr. Charles Chukwuemeka Nwakamma to Africa’s development.
Comrade Uneze in a statement on Monday said, Mr. Nwakamma who is the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of TENT Group, has carved a niche for himself as a Realtor of repute, mixing business leadership and compassion for humanity to achieving greater heights.
The Nigeria Coordinator of African Students Union also in his message of goodwill to celebrate Nwakamma’s 51st birthday said the Real Estate expert’s drive for success and human capital development is unmatched.
“In one of his quotes, during the African Industrial and Development Award ( AIDCA) Gala Night in September 2022, he stated ” the digitization of land administration in our nations, shall give our countries the necessary infrastructure for implementation of land policies and management which will support sustainable development for national integration.”
“We hereby use this medium to appeal to the African Union, ECOWAS, the Federal Government of Nigeria and it’s Capital Administration (FCTA) to borrow a leaf and liaise with the TENT Group to create iconic communities and making affordable housing a reality for all.
