•Club President Agboola celebrate winners, coaches staff

Adiele Ebuka has earned the first major individual accolade of his promising career after being named Magic Stars Football Club of Lagos Player of the Season.
Selected by his fellow teammates and coaching staff, Adiele was recognized for his impressive performances during a remarkable NLO (Nationwide League One) season, where the club remained unbeaten and triumphed in the NLO Promotion Play-Off against Ojodu City FC at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex in Adamasingba, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Adiele received his award at an end-of-season gala night ceremony held at the quadrangle of Magic Stars FC Ajao Estate Camp in Lagos.
President of Magic Stars FC, Kayode Agboola, expressed his joy as he praised Adiele, other award winners, and the event organizers.
“It’s been a challenging yet remarkable season for Magic Stars, both for our players and staff, as we secured a promotion ticket to the Nigeria National League,” he said.
“The awards presented tonight are well-deserved and serve as a meaningful way to show our appreciation for everyone’s hard work throughout the season. I urge the players to stay focused, as tougher challenges lie ahead. They should believe in themselves, work even harder, and maintain their unity.”
Issac Iseoluwa Oluwatobi, Team Manager of the Lagos-based NLO team, remarked, “After a record-breaking season, it was essential to recognize everyone who played a significant role in our historic success in Nigerian football.”
Anuyemi Egundipe shone during the event, being named Best Midfielder and winning the Goal of the Season award. The Best Dribbler award went to Wisdom Ukachukwu, while Sesan Folorusho received the Best Striker award.
Kayode Raheem, known as ‘Captain Fantastic’, was recognized as the Best Defender, while the Most Improved Player award went to Peter Abiodun and the Improved Goalkeeper award went to Yusuf Ahmed.
