Lead speaker at the event, Adediran noted that the world of professional practice is changing faster and that the global economy is transitioning from an industrial economy to a knowledge-driven and digitally connected economy. Across virtually every sector of the global economy,

Digital technologies are reshaping traditional business models, Artificial intelligence redefining professional services, while decision-making is becoming data, rather than intuition-driven, he said. “The real estate sector is being reshaped by technology, sustainability initiatives, and data analytics. The old ways no longer suffice; innovation is essential for survival”, Adediran stated.

He noted that, technology, innovation and strategic partnerships are not threats to professional practice. They are enablers of future relevance. The profession must move beyond preserving the past and focus on shaping the future.
