Interim National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Senator David Mark, has vowed that the party would not condone any form of indiscipline or anti-party activity.
“We are committed to upholding our constitution and we will not tolerate any form of anti-party activity from any member,” Mark stated.
He made the declaration during a leadership meeting of the ADC Coalition Partners in Kaduna.
According to him, who was represented by Senator Abubakar Sadiq Yar’Adua, former lawmaker for Katsina Central under the APC,
said the absence of internal democracy is the bane of bad governance in Nigeria.
“ADC is working to ensure that a level playing ground is provided for all. It will not be business as usual.”
On membership registration, Mark assured that the process would be transparent and inclusive. “The registration will be free, fair, and credible to accommodate all. We have put mechanisms in place to checkmate any manipulation capable of denting our image,” he said.
