Adamawa State supplementary election set for March 23, 2019, will not hold as a state High Court has set Tuesday, March 26, 2019, for ruling on an injunction seeking to annul the governorship elections in the state.
The Adamawa State Resident Electoral Commissioner on Wednesday said the commission would abide by court’s decision on the rescheduled governorship election in the state but would go ahead with the rerun for two state House of Assembly seats.
