AC Milan has unveiled the squad for its upcoming pre-season tour in the United States, featuring 29 players selected by coach Paulo Fonseca.
The Rossoneri are set to participate in the Soccer Champions Tour for the second year in a row, facing off against some of Europe’s top clubs.
Notable absences include Theo Hernandez, Mike Maignan, and Tijjani Reijnders, who will rejoin the team at Milanello on August 3 following extended breaks due to international commitments.
This tour marks a significant step in AC Milan’s global development strategy under RedBird Capital Partners.
With 43 million fans in the US, Milan is the most-followed Serie A club in the country.
The tour aims to strengthen the club’s brand, boost commercial growth, and engage with partners such as Emirates, PUMA, and BMW through various initiatives.
As Milan prepares for the tour, the team has been relatively quiet in the transfer market, with Alvaro Morata from Atletico Madrid being the team’s only significant acquisition so far.
However, the club is reportedly targeting players like Lazar Samardzic, Youssouf Fofana, and Strahinja Pavlovic in the coming weeks.
